Who runs this terminal.
hungATC is independently built and operated by its founder. The YouTube channel started in 2019, subtitling tower audio from Taiwanese aviation occurrences in English and Chinese; Chien Digital Inc. was founded in 2024; since 2026 the work has moved into AI R&D, so the live tower stream carries subtitles in real time. We also run the “台灣航空交流社群” LINE community, which on typhoon nights and special-flight days is our most direct source of feedback.
