Who runs this site

hungatc.com is operated by Chien Digital Inc., a Delaware corporation. hungATC is its brand, independently built and operated by its founder. Questions about privacy: hi@hungatc.com.

What we collect

• No accounts. The site has no sign-up, login, forms or comments.
• Two preferences. When you switch language, your browser stores an hl cookie (kept for one year); when you switch between light and dark, the choice is kept in your browser’s localStorage (theme). Both only remember your choice; they are not shared with third parties or used for tracking.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and prevent abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the URL requested and the time, and keeps it for a period under its own policy. We use these logs only to fix errors and keep the site secure.
• Visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and builds no personal profiles.
• Email. When you write to us we receive your address and message, and use them only to reply and handle your request, for example a subtitle correction or a licensing question.

Third-party content

• YouTube. The live stream and videos play on YouTube. Videos on case pages load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; from then on Google’s privacy policy applies. Video thumbnails come from i.ytimg.com.
• External links. Sites we link to (for example NVIDIA, the TTSB or news reports) have their own policies.

Radio content and personal data

We only receive public civil aviation frequencies. Public pages show callsigns only, never registrations, ICAO addresses or personal data; transmissions involving an emergency are not published; and we do not identify individual controllers or pilots. If you believe a clip involves your personal data, email us and we will review it.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, show ads or track you across sites.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete data we hold about you (for example our email correspondence). We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
